Severance and Separation Agreements
We represent clients in the review and negotiation of severance/separation and general release agreements. While much of our work will focus on efforts to obtain more substantial separation payments/severance, we also advise on the non-economic aspects of the agreement which can often assist and ease our client’s efforts in obtaining subsequent employment.

Litigation/Arbitration
In support of our other practice areas, we have substantial litigation experience representing our clients in a broad range of matters in State and Federal Court as well as AAA, JAMS and FINRA arbitrations.
